Jirachi has always been one of those Pokemon that collectors have a soft spot for, and this Team Up printing from 2019 is a nice example of why. It's card #99, a Rare illustrated by HYOGONOSUKE, and it captures the little wish-maker in that clean, simple style that Team Up did so well. If you're checking Jirachi value or just curious what your copy might fetch, the short answer is that raw copies sit at a modest $2, but the story gets more interesting once grading enters the picture.

The collector's take on Jirachi

Is Jirachi worth grading?

Here's the honest math on Jirachi price once you factor in grading: a raw copy is worth $2, but a PSA 10 has sold for $273, which works out to about 180.5 times the ungraded price. That's a big jump on paper, but gem mint is genuinely hard to hit. Out of the graded population, only a portion come back as perfect 10s, and grading fees, shipping, and the wait time all add up whether or not your card comes back gem. If you've got a copy that looks sharp under a loupe, centered well with clean edges, it might be worth the gamble. If it's got soft corners or print lines, you're probably better off keeping it raw or trading it as is.

How rare is Jirachi?

Right now there are only 21 graded copies of Jirachi on record, and of those, 9 have earned the perfect PSA 10 grade. That's a small pool either way you slice it. It tells you two things: not many people have bothered to send this card in for grading, and even among those who did, gem mint wasn't a guarantee. That kind of tight population is part of why the PSA 10 price sits so far above the raw one. Scarcity at the top end tends to hold value steady, even for a card that's otherwise easy to find ungraded.

Where can you pull Jirachi?

This is where PackSpy's data actually comes in handy, because we track real pulls across pack sites rather than just guessing. We've recorded Jirachi being pulled 81 times across tilt-rips, collector-crypt, courtyard, packs, and lastpack, so it does show up if you're opening in the right places. The biggest recorded pull came in at $412, which is a nice reminder that pack odds can occasionally surprise you. We've seen it turn up in the Pokemon Dime Pack, Anime Pop Culture Gacha, Wildcard Basic Pack, Radiant Pack, and Starter Pokemon Gacha Pack. Just keep in mind, opening packs is a gamble by nature, and most rips don't come close to covering what you paid in, so treat any pull data as a guide, not a promise.

Questions people ask

How much is Jirachi worth?+

A raw, ungraded Jirachi from Team Up is currently valued around $2. Its real value climbs sharply once it's graded, especially if it earns a PSA 10, so the worth of your copy really depends on its condition and whether it's been graded.

Is Jirachi worth grading?+

It can be, since a PSA 10 sells for about 180.5 times the raw price. But gem mint copies are genuinely rare, with only 9 out of 21 graded copies hitting that top grade, so factor in grading costs and the real chance your card comes back lower before sending it in.

How much is a PSA 10 Jirachi worth?+

A PSA 10 Jirachi is valued at $273. That's a big step up from the raw price, but keep in mind only 9 copies across the entire known population have actually achieved that grade.
