The collector's take on Eevee
Is Eevee worth grading?
Grading is where things get interesting, and also where I want to be straight with you. We don't yet have established Grade 9 or PSA 10 prices for this particular Eevee, which makes it tough to promise a big payout on a graded copy right now. That's not unusual for a card still finding its footing in the grading world, but it does mean you're taking more of a gamble sending it in. Grading costs money and time no matter what, and gem mint is never guaranteed, corners, centering and surface all have to line up. If you love the card and want it protected long term, grading still makes sense. If you're doing it purely to flip for profit, I'd wait until PSA 10 pricing on this one becomes clearer.
How rare is Eevee?
We don't have official population numbers for this Eevee yet, so I won't pretend otherwise, but its Common rarity tells its own story. Commons are printed in much higher volume than the Rares and Secret Rares in a set, which is exactly why the raw price sits where it does at $52 instead of climbing into hundreds. That doesn't mean it's worthless in nice condition, plenty of Commons quietly reward patient collectors once graded copies become scarce in the higher grades, but for now this is a card valued more for charm and nostalgia than for scarcity.
Where can you pull Eevee?
Here's where PackSpy's data actually earns its keep. We've tracked 200 or more pulls of this Eevee across sites including courtyard, tilt-rips, collector-crypt, mnstr, lastpack and packs, so it's genuinely out there being opened in real packs right now, not just sitting in price guides. It's shown up in the Pokémon Starter Pack, Pokemon Dollar Pack, Pokemon Dime Pack, The Amazing Chase Encore, and the Starter Pokémon Gacha Pack, which tells you it tends to surface in the more entry-level and starter-style rips rather than premium boxes. The biggest recorded pull value we've logged for this card sits at $1,232, proof that even a Common Eevee can occasionally land in a slot worth real money. Just remember, opening packs is a gamble by nature, most rips don't come close to that number, so chase it because you enjoy the process, not because it's a sure bet.
