What are the One Piece card pull rates and rarities?

By Mumbles · Published Oct 14, 2026 · Checked Oct 12, 2026 · 6 min read

The short answer

One Piece prints its rarity code on the card itself, which is more than Pokémon does, so you can read the ladder straight off what you pull. The per-card odds are still unpublished, but the rarity system is at least visible, and this page explains what each code means and what those cards are actually worth.

One Piece does something Pokémon does not, and it makes this whole subject easier. The rarity code is printed on the card. You do not need a chart or a community spreadsheet to know what you pulled; it is stamped next to the card number.

The rarity ladder, as printed

CodeWhat it means
CCommon. The bulk of every pack.
UCUncommon.
RRare.
SRSuper Rare. The first tier people actually want.
SECSecret Rare. The top of the standard ladder.
LLeader. A separate slot, not a rarity tier as such.
SP / Manga / ParallelAlternate art treatments, which is where the money usually is.
Read straight off the card. The alternate art treatments are the ones that carry value, often far more than the base version of the same card.

The odds are still not published

Visible rarity is not the same as published odds. Bandai does not release per-card pull rates any more than The Pokémon Company does, so every One Piece pull rate you find is a collector counting case openings, with all the small-sample problems that brings.

Knowing a card is SEC tells you it sits at the top of the ladder. It does not tell you how often SEC appears, and nobody official will.

The chase cards of this set at today's prices, biggest first. We refresh these daily across 15,614 cards, so this table is current, not a snapshot from launch week.

Two patterns worth noticing. The alternate art and manga treatments dominate the top, well ahead of the base versions of the same characters. And the gap between raw and PSA 10 is often narrower than on Pokémon, which changes the grading maths: fewer One Piece cards clear the bar where grading pays.

What we measure on One Piece

The pack sites rip One Piece as well as Pokémon, and we record all of it. Thousands of One Piece pulls a day go through our recording, with what each pack cost and what came out, which lets us publish a measured payback figure for it alongside every other category.

It has consistently been one of the better-paying categories we track. Whether that holds is the sort of thing you should check rather than take on trust, which is why our numbers are generated live rather than typed into an article once.

Questions people also ask

What is the rarest One Piece card rarity?

SEC, Secret Rare, sits at the top of the printed ladder, but the alternate art and manga treatments usually carry more value than the base SEC of the same card.

How many packs are in a One Piece booster box?

24 packs, fewer than a Pokemon booster box, which is worth remembering when comparing box prices between the two games.

Are One Piece pull rates published?

No. Bandai prints the rarity on the card but does not release per-card odds, so the rates you find are collector counts.

The short version

One Piece prints its rarity on the card, so the ladder is readable: C, UC, R, SR, SEC, with alternate arts sitting above them in value. The odds behind that ladder are unpublished, so judge the game on what the cards are worth, which is the table above.
