Litwick is that flickering little candle-ghost from the Lost Origin set, released back in 2022, and there's something oddly charming about a Common card getting this much attention. Illustrated by Yuka Morii, it's not a card that turns heads for rarity of print, but for how few good copies of it exist today. If you're checking Litwick value because one turned up in your binder or you're eyeing one online, the short answer is that it's a low dollar card with a surprisingly wide gap between raw and graded.

The collector's take on Litwick

Is Litwick worth grading?

Here's the honest math: a raw, ungraded Litwick sits at $1, while a PSA 10 brings $70, which works out to 65.4x the raw price. That's a real jump, and on paper it looks tempting. But gem mint is genuinely hard to land, this card has to come back flawless with sharp corners and clean edges, no soft print lines, nothing. A Grade 9 only fetches $12, so anything short of that perfect 10 barely covers what grading costs you once you factor in fees and shipping. If you've got a copy that looks pack fresh and you're patient enough to wait on results, it might be worth a shot. If it has any wear at all, save your money and enjoy it raw.

How rare is Litwick?

Right now there are only 8 graded copies of Litwick on record across all grading companies combined. That is a tiny population for any card, and it tells you two things: not many people have bothered submitting this one, and pulling a truly pristine copy in the first place is rare. With numbers that low, every additional PSA 10 that surfaces has the power to nudge the price, since there simply isn't much supply to meet demand if collectors start hunting this one down.

Where can you pull Litwick?

This is where PackSpy's tracking actually tells you something a price guide can't. We record real pack pulls across the sites we monitor, and so far, Litwick hasn't shown up in a single tracked pull. That doesn't mean it's impossible to find, it means it's genuinely rare in the wild and most collectors who own one bought it on the secondary market rather than ripped it themselves. Worth remembering too: opening packs is a gamble no matter what you're chasing, and most rips don't pay for themselves. If you specifically want a Litwick, buying direct is likely your most realistic path right now.

Questions people ask

How much is Litwick worth?+

A raw, ungraded Litwick from Lost Origin is worth $1. That's the baseline most people run into, since the card is a Common and copies are readily available on the secondary market.

Is Litwick worth grading?+

Only if your copy is truly flawless. A PSA 10 sells for $70, which is 65.4x the raw price, but a Grade 9 only brings $12, so anything less than gem mint won't cover grading costs. With just 8 graded copies total, hitting that top grade is tough but not impossible.

How much is a PSA 10 Litwick worth?+

A PSA 10 Litwick is valued at $70, a big step up from the $1 raw price. Given the tiny population of 8 graded copies across all grades, that PSA 10 price reflects just how few gem mint examples actually exist.
