Natu is that quietly charming little psychic bird from the Roaring Skies set, released back in 2015, and it's stuck around in a lot of collections since. It's a common card illustrated by Kagemaru Himeno, so nobody's expecting it to fund retirement, but people still search Natu value all the time because even common cards from a beloved set carry a bit of nostalgia and a real dollar figure attached. Right now a raw, ungraded copy sits at $1, which tells you most of what you need to know before we get into the more interesting stuff.

The collector's take on Natu

Is Natu worth grading?

Here's the honest answer to whether Natu is worth grading: a PSA 10 books at $41, which works out to about 40.1 times what the raw card sells for, and a Grade 9 lands at $16. That jump sounds tempting, but gem mint is genuinely hard to hit, corners and centering on a common like this can get dinged more easily than you'd think, and grading fees plus shipping and waiting time can eat into or wipe out any profit if your copy comes back a 9 instead of a 10. If you already own a Natu that looks sharp in hand and you're grading a batch anyway, it's a reasonable add. If you're buying a raw copy specifically to gamble on a PSA 10, just go in knowing the odds and the cost side by side.

How rare is Natu?

Across every collection and every submission, only 98 copies of Natu have been graded, and of those just 16 have come back as a PSA 10. That's a pretty small pool for a card that was printed as a common, and it says a lot about how few people bother grading commons in general, which in turn makes true gem mint copies a little rarer than you'd assume just from the price tag. It's not a chase card by any stretch, but that population gap between raw copies floating around and the 16 perfect ones is exactly why the PSA 10 price sits so far above everything else.

Where can you pull Natu?

This is where our data actually helps, because Natu has been pulled 200 or more times across pack sites we track, including tilt-rips, courtyard, and mnstr, so it's not some card you'll never see land in a rip. The biggest recorded pull value for a Natu came in at $45, which is a nice reminder that even a $1 raw card can occasionally hit different when the right buyer wants it or the pack context makes it worth more. We've also seen Natu turn up in the Pokemon Dime Pack, Pokémon Pro Pack, Pack 1, and Pokémon Starter Pack, so if you're chasing one for a set or just curious what odds look like, those are the packs where real pulls have actually happened. Worth saying plainly though, opening packs is a gamble and most rips don't beat what you paid, so treat pulling Natu as a nice bonus rather than the plan.

Questions people ask

How much is Natu worth?+

A raw, ungraded Natu from Roaring Skies is currently valued at $1. Grading changes that picture a lot, with a Grade 9 at $16 and a PSA 10 at $41, so the worth really depends on condition and whether it's been graded.

Is Natu worth grading?+

It can be, since a PSA 10 sells for about 40.1 times the raw price. But only 16 out of 98 graded copies have hit that top grade, so it's worth weighing grading fees and the real chance of landing a 9 instead before you send one in.

How much is a PSA 10 Natu worth?+

A PSA 10 Natu is valued at $41. That's the gem mint ceiling for this card, and with only 16 copies graded that high out of a 98 total population, it's the rarest version you'll find in the wild.
