Pikachu needs no introduction, and this particular printing, card #60 from the 1999 Jungle set, is the one a lot of collectors grew up chasing straight out of the booster pack. It's a Common illustrated by Ken Sugimori, which keeps it accessible, but that doesn't stop people from searching Pikachu value and price constantly since nostalgia carries just as much weight as rarity here.
