Does PackDraw actually send the cards you win?

By Mumbles · Published Nov 5, 2026 · Checked Oct 22, 2026 · 8 min read

The short answer

Yes, PackDraw does actually send items, but its help centre says only to US and Canada customers, at $15 or more per item. You pass an ID check, pay the delivery cost shown, then wait. Most cards we see won there are worth under $10.

Does PackDraw actually send items, or does the card you win stay on a screen? It sends them. PackDraw's terms set out a full delivery process. Its homepage says “Ship your prize or cash out instantly.” The catch is in the details: an ID check, a delivery fee you pay, and an average wait of 3 to 30 days. And most of the Pokémon cards people win there are cheap. On 21 October 2026 we recorded 19,253 Pokémon cards won on PackDraw, and 94.5% of them were worth under $10.

We get those numbers from PackDraw's own live feed. From 27 September to 21 October 2026 we recorded 327,479 Pokémon cards won there, each worth $1 or more. That shows what people win. It cannot show what gets posted, and none of us has shipped a PackDraw prize yet. So every shipping fact below comes from PackDraw's own pages, read on 22 October 2026. For our verdict on the site as a whole, read our full PackDraw review.

Does PackDraw actually send items? Yes, it does

PackDraw calls shipping a prize “redemption”. Its terms of service give a whole section to redemption, delivery and fees. The homepage backs this up. It shows 7,000 or more items shipped worldwide (“7K+”), next to a live count of more than 77 million packs opened. The review site thespike.gg quoted the same 7,000 figure in its PackDraw review, updated on 12 October 2026.

We cannot check either number, and PackDraw does not say how it counts them. But if both are roughly right, only a small share of wins ever goes in the post. Our own count, further down, suggests why.

How to get a PackDraw prize shipped, step by step

These steps come from PackDraw's terms, which we read in full on 22 October 2026.

  1. Win an item. It sits in your account until you decide what to do with it.
  2. Choose the prize redemption option on that item in your account.
  3. Pass the ID check. The terms ask for your name, your address, an ID document and proof of address. PackDraw holds the redemption until you send them.
  4. Pay the delivery cost PackDraw shows you. Customs, duties and import fees are yours to pay too.
  5. Wait for the parcel. The terms put the average delivery time at 3 to 30 days.

One tip comes straight from the terms. Could the item cross a border to reach you? Then email support@packdraw.com before you redeem it, and ask where it will ship from. PackDraw suggests this as the way to avoid import fees.

PackDraw takes 3 to 30 days to ship, by its own terms

That 3 to 30 days is an average range, not a promise. PackDraw says it will deliver “as soon as reasonably possible” once you have paid the fees and sent your details. Two other parts of the terms explain how a redemption can slow down.

First, PackDraw can check your account before it handles any redemption. If it suspects a breach of its rules or the law, it may restrict the account while it looks. It also says it may not be able to tell you why.

Second, some delays are outside its control. PackDraw says it will tell you as soon as it can and try to limit the delay. If the delay could be long, you may ask to cancel. You then get a refund for the item you redeemed but never received.

Most Pokémon cards won on PackDraw are worth under $10

Here is what PackDraw players won in one full day, from the site's own live feed. These are the 19,253 Pokémon cards we recorded on 21 October 2026, in UTC time.

Card valueCardsShare
$1 to $4.9916,89287.7%
$5 to $9.991,3076.8%
$10 to $99.999154.8%
$100 to $999.991200.6%
$1,000 or more190.1%

The middle card that day was worth $1.67. The real picture is cheaper still, because PackDraw's feed hides every pull under $1. Only 22 of the 19,253 cards were graded slabs, meaning cards a grading company has scored and sealed in a plastic case.

So before you redeem, put the delivery cost PackDraw shows you next to the card's value. If the post costs more than the card, shipping it loses you money before it even arrives. For a $2 card, selling it back is the simple choice. PackDraw's help centre goes further: each item must be worth $15 or more to ship (21 July 2026).

The big hits are real, though. That day, 139 cards were worth $100 or more, and 19 of those were worth $1,000 or more.

PackDraw can refund you instead of shipping, in three cases

Every prize depends on stock, by PackDraw's terms. It promises its “utmost endeavours” to get a redeemed prize. But it can end a redemption and refund you instead if:

The terms say that refund is “the corresponding amount or the item”.

Some prizes never go in the post at all. PackDraw's terms say some luxury items may be collection-only, and the item's description says so when that applies. Then you must collect it from the place the description lists. Cars are real prizes there. On 17 October 2026 our feed logged a win of a 2016 Aston Martin Vantage GT12, listed at $655,000. We cannot see whether it was collected, shipped or sold back.

Selling back turns a PackDraw prize into site balance, then crypto

If you do not want the item, you can sell it back. PackDraw's terms call this an exchange. You get the item's listed value as site balance.

The key detail: you get the value on the day you sell, not the day you won. Card prices move, so a card can be worth more or less by the time you act. The terms also let PackDraw set a minimum for sell-backs, shown on the site.

From your balance, the terms describe one way to take the value out. You can take it in crypto (digital currency), sent to a wallet address you give. Type the wrong address and PackDraw says that loss is yours. You also cannot swap a prize for a different item, or sell it to another player.

Getting money out is the step public reviews complain about most, as our PackDraw review sets out. Parcels are not the main complaint. Test a small withdrawal before you rely on one.

If a PackDraw parcel is lost or damaged, email support with proof

PackDraw's terms give you one contact for the first two problems below: support@packdraw.com.

Keep any tracking number, and take photos when you open the box. Proof is your whole case here.

Live in the US? PackDraw's own terms list the United States as a restricted territory. Residents there “may not access the Website or register an Account on it”. Yet the site opens on a US version, and its footer names a Delaware company, PackDraw US, LLC. We give no legal verdict on any of that. Our state-by-state legal guide sets out what each site's own rules allow.

If having the card in your hand is the whole point, a site built around shipping can make it simpler. Packs.com, for one, refunds the shipping fee if an order runs past four weeks, by our review. For how PackDraw's spins and odds sheets work, read How does PackDraw work?

Questions people also ask

How long does PackDraw take to ship?

On average, 3 to 30 days, by PackDraw's terms. Its help centre says it typically takes 2 to 3 weeks (21 July 2026). It delivers once you have passed the ID check and paid delivery. An account check before redemption can add time.

Does PackDraw actually work?

Yes, in the plain sense. You pay, a spin picks one item from the list you saw, and that item is yours to ship or sell back. Working is not the same as paying off, though. Like every site of this kind, it runs a house edge, which means players get back less than they spend, on average. An outside tester, BetterChecked, worked out its drop tables at 87 to 91 percent. That is their sum, not ours.

Does PackDraw actually give you money?

Through a sell-back, by its terms. A prize turns into site balance at its value on the day you sell. You can then take that balance out in crypto, to a wallet address you give.

Does PackDraw ship outside the US?

Only to Canada, says PackDraw's help centre. Its Cart article, updated on 21 July 2026, says shipping is “currently available for US and Canada customers only”, for items worth $15 or more each. That sits oddly beside its terms, which list the US as a place whose residents may not sign up. Its homepage says items have shipped worldwide. Its terms put customs, duties and import fees on you, and suggest asking support where an item ships from. Some countries are on its restricted list, so read that list in the terms first.

So does PackDraw send items? Yes, real ones, and its terms spell out how. Pass the ID check early, compare the delivery cost with the card, and keep your proof. You must be 18 or over to play, and treat any money you put in as spent.
