Flutter Mane is one of those cards that makes people stop scrolling, a shimmering paradox creature from the Prismatic Evolutions set released in 2025, illustrated by kodama with that reverse holo shimmer that photographs beautifully. This is the Rare reverse #43 printing, and if you're trying to pin down Flutter Mane value right now, the short answer is that its worth lives almost entirely in the grading slab rather than the raw card. Collectors chase it because so few copies exist in any condition, and the ones that do exist in top grade are genuinely rare finds.

The collector's take on Flutter Mane

Is Flutter Mane worth grading?

Here's the honest picture: raw or ungraded copies of this card carry essentially no market value on their own, sitting at $0, while a PSA 10 brings $29 and a Grade 9 lands at $13. That gap, a PSA 10 being worth 64.4x the raw card, sounds dramatic, but the real number that matters is smaller than the multiplier makes it feel. Grading costs money and takes time, and gem mint is genuinely hard to hit on any reverse holo because the surface shows every scratch and print line under bright light. If you've got a copy that looks flawless under a loupe, sending it in could make sense, but for most raw copies the smarter move is enjoying the card or trading it rather than gambling grading fees on a card whose ceiling, even at perfect grade, stays modest.

How rare is it?

Only 6 graded copies of Flutter Mane exist across every grading company combined, and of those, 4 have come back as PSA 10. That's a tiny population by any measure, and it tells you two things. First, almost nobody has bothered grading this card yet, which usually means raw copies are still out there in binders and bulk boxes waiting to be found. Second, the grading pool that does exist skews surprisingly clean, so a PSA 10 here isn't the impossible pull it is on some other cards, though six total graded copies is still a small enough number that any real shift in demand could move the price fast.

Where to pull it

PackSpy has tracked Flutter Mane getting pulled 12 times across the pack sites we monitor, specifically collector-crypt and tilt-rips, with the biggest recorded pull landing at $717. We've seen it turn up in the Starter Pokémon Gacha Pack, the Grail Pokémon Gacha Pack, the Pokemon Mini Pack, and the Legendary Pokémon Gacha Pack, so it's not locked to one product type. That said, opening packs is still a gamble, most rips don't come close to covering what you paid, and the data we track is exactly why: it shows you where a card like this has actually shown up rather than where a site claims it might.

Questions people ask

How much is Flutter Mane worth?+

Raw copies of Flutter Mane sit at $0 in current market value, while graded copies climb to $13 at Grade 9 and $29 at PSA 10. So the price really depends on condition and whether it's been graded at all.

Is Flutter Mane worth grading?+

A PSA 10 is worth 64.4x the raw card, which sounds like a big jump, but with only 6 copies graded and 4 of those already PSA 10, gem mint isn't as rare here as on some cards. Weigh grading fees against the $29 PSA 10 ceiling before you send one in.

What set is Flutter Mane from?+
