Kirlia has always had that quiet charm, the calm middle stage between Ralts and Gardevoir, and this Reverse Holo version from 2005's Delta Species set is a favorite for collectors who like their cards a little understated. It's an Uncommon, illustrated by Midori Harada, and if you're checking the Kirlia value today, a raw copy runs about $22. Small set, small price tag, but a genuinely charming piece of Pokemon history worth knowing the numbers on.

The collector's take on Kirlia

Is Kirlia worth grading?

So is Kirlia worth grading? Here's the honest answer: a PSA 10 sells for $549, which is 24.5x what you'd get for a raw copy at $22, and that's a real jump worth paying attention to. But gem mint is not easy to land. Reverse holos show every little scratch and print line under a grader's light, so a lot of copies that look perfect to the eye come back as a Grade 9, which sits at $60, a solid bump but nowhere near PSA 10 money. Grading costs money and time no matter what comes back, so if your copy has sharp corners and clean surfaces it might be worth the shot, but don't send in anything with visible wear expecting a miracle.

How rare is Kirlia?

Across all grading services, only 155 copies of this Kirlia have ever been graded, and of those, just 55 have earned the perfect PSA 10 label. That's a fairly tight population for a card this old, and it tells you gem mint copies, while not impossible to find, are genuinely scarce. When over a third of the graded population lands at the top grade, it shows this print run held up reasonably well, but it also means the PSA 10 price reflects real scarcity, not hype.

Where can you pull Kirlia?

This is where PackSpy's own data comes in handy, since we track real pulls across pack sites rather than just price guides. We've recorded Kirlia being pulled 54 times across mnstr, collector-crypt, courtyard, and packs, with the biggest recorded pull hitting $760. It's shown up in Pack 3, the Elite Pokémon Gacha Pack, Pokémon Diamond Pack, Radiant Pack, and Pokémon Pro Pack, so if you're chasing this one from a rip, those are the names to watch. Worth remembering though, opening packs is a gamble and most openings don't come out ahead, so treat any pull as a bonus, not a plan.

Questions people ask

How much is Kirlia worth?+

A raw, ungraded Kirlia Reverse Holo from Delta Species is worth about $22. Graded copies climb from there, with a Grade 9 at $60 and a PSA 10 reaching $549, so condition makes a big difference in the final price.

Is Kirlia worth grading?+

If your copy is in sharp shape, it can be worth it, since a PSA 10 sells for 24.5x the raw price. But only 55 out of 155 graded copies have hit that top grade, so gem mint is genuinely tough to pull off, and grading fees are a real cost to weigh first.

What set is Kirlia from?+

This Kirlia comes from the Delta Species set, released in 2005. It's an Uncommon card illustrated by Midori Harada, and the Reverse Holo version is the one collectors are usually hunting for.
