Landorus is one of those Poke Ball cards from the Japanese Black Bolt set that quietly catches your eye, a Ground/Flying legend with a design that fans of the Forces of Nature trio always want in their binder. Right now the Landorus value sits at $2 raw, which tells you this is very much an accessible pickup rather than a chase card, and that is exactly why so many collectors search Landorus price before deciding whether to grab one for their set or let it pass.

The collector's take on Landorus

Is Landorus worth grading?

So is Landorus worth grading? Honestly, at $2 raw, it is hard to make the math work. We do not have a confirmed PSA 10 or Grade 9 price on this one yet, and grading fees plus shipping and the wait time can easily cost more than the card itself is worth in any grade. Gem mint is never a given either, corners and edges on Japanese cards can be surprisingly picky under a grader's eye, so unless you are grading purely for the love of having a slabbed Landorus in your collection, this is a card better enjoyed raw or ungraded for now.

How rare is Landorus?

Black Bolt is a Japanese-only release, and Poke Ball rarity cards like Landorus sit in that in-between tier, not the flashiest hit in the set but not a common pull either. We do not have population numbers to point to yet for graded copies, which usually means low submission volume rather than low availability, collectors just are not sending these in for grading in big numbers. That scarcity in the grading pipeline is worth watching, because if demand for Black Bolt singles grows, a thin population could push graded Landorus prices up over time even from a $2 raw baseline.

Where can you pull Landorus?

Here is the honest, insider part: PackSpy tracks real pulls across pack opening sites, and so far Landorus has not shown up as a recorded pull anywhere we track. That does not mean it cannot happen, but it does mean your realistic path to owning this card is buying it on the secondary market rather than hoping to rip it from a pack. Worth remembering too, opening packs chasing specific cards is a gamble and most rips lose money, so if Landorus is the card you want, buying it directly is usually the smarter move.

Questions people ask

How much is Landorus worth?+

Right now Landorus from the Japanese Black Bolt set is valued at $2 raw or ungraded. We do not yet have confirmed Grade 9 or PSA 10 prices, so graded values are still an open question for this one.

Is Landorus worth grading?+

At a $2 raw value with no confirmed PSA 10 price yet, grading is a tough sell financially, since fees alone can outweigh what the card is likely to sell for. It really comes down to whether you want a slabbed copy for the collection rather than a way to make money.

What set is Landorus from?+

Landorus is card #56, a Poke Ball rarity pull from the Japanese Black Bolt set. It has not yet been recorded as a pull on any site PackSpy tracks, so most collectors are picking it up on the secondary market.
